What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my call?

No problem. You can reschedule or cancel your booking very easily yourself anytime up to 24 hours before we’re due to speak.

Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to our call will be refunded in full.

I understand that life happens and last-minute emergencies can come out of the blue. Just email [email protected] if you need to make a last-minute change to your booking.

Will there be a lot of geek-speak? I don’t talk tech!

Don’t worry. Before starting, I’ll find out form you what level of knowledge you have. The call will then be pitched at the appropriate level.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions – believe me, there’s no such thing as a stupid question when it comes to getting your website right!

I work in a specialised industry. Will the call be applicable to my company?

When it comes down to it, people do business with people. Your website must resonate with the people you want to do business with. So, the principals are the same no matter what industry you’re in.

We run ads on Google and social media. Will our audit include a look at why they’re not performing well?

We can cover only so much in an hour 😉 Let’s have a chat about how we can audit your advertising as well.

Can an additional member of my team join the call?

Of course. You can invite anyone else to join the call who you think should be involved. However, calls work best when the number of attendees is a maximum of three.

Can you help me implement the advice that you give me?

If you need help with this, we’re here to guide and assist as much (or as little) as required.

You’ll not be left alone!

You can also take away the advice you’ll get and implement the various points on your website and marketing yourself.

Will you need access to our website’s admin area?

No. I’ll only be working with the public-facing website – there’s no need for access to administrator areas.

Will you need access to our visitor analytics?

Assuming that you have the likes of Google Analytics running on your website, I will need access to your account to be able to view stats, data and reports.

Google Analytics provides various level of access to accounts – I won’t need full access!

Will our session be recorded?

Yes. You’ll be provided with a copy of the recording to keep and refer to whenever you need.

What if I don’t agree with your advice?

When we get to the end of our call, if you are 100% certain that none of the notes, advice and action points you’ve been given will have a any positive impact on your website, that’s no problem. Simply request your money back.

Your £197+VAT will be returned in full after 28 days and it has been verified that none of the notes, advice and action points have been implemented on your website.

At the end of our call, if you don’t think any of the notes and advice you’ve been given will help make a difference to your website, simply ask for your money back.
